Collins Deputy Clerk Renee Thomas completed a three-year course held by the Municipal Clerk’s Association and the Mississippi State Extension Service to become a Certified Municipal Deputy Clerk/Collector. The classes she participated in included Mississippi laws, codes, budgeting, etc. She received her certificate at the Mississippi Municipal League conference held July 21-23 in Biloxi.
