The City of Collins Fire Department has received two new fire trucks that total nearly $1.5 million. Both are twin pumper engines from E-ONE, of Ocala, Flordia.
Collins Fire Chief John Pope said “We had to levy no new taxpayer funds to cover the purchase of either of these apparatus. It was a very wise investment, and we appreciate the city and the county support in helping to see this come to bear.”
